Quarantine Creations

For senior Artemis Frederick, quarantine was not a time for wasted potential and a loss of motivation, instead, quite the opposite. “Something that quarantine has really taught me is that I can do new things,” Frederick said. “‘I don’t think I can, but maybe I’ll try,’ has kind of become my mantra.”
These months in isolation have been an incubator for Frederick; a safe space for creating and developing artistic style. Their recent work and explanation in their own words reflect more of their inner world, inspired by an appreciation for the small things that went unnoticed pre-quarantine.
