The following are pulled from official MVPD reports:
- A resident of Lovell Avenue came home at 7:45 p.m. to find an animal on her staircase. The woman called police and said she was afraid to go past it in case it was injured, and asked police to assist. An officer arrived and determined that it was not an animal on the stairs but a rock. The rock was not injured.
- A resident of Ethel Avenue called police at 4:02 p.m. to report that he and his ex-partner are having a dispute over who gets to keep an umbrella. Police advised the parties that it was a civil matter.
- In the parking lot between Safeway and Starbucks at 10:20 a.m., a reportedly well-dressed man on his cell phone was yelling at another man, telling him that the parking lot was his property and challenging the man to a fight. The man then reportedly dropped his pants and the caller left the area. Police responded to the scene but were unable to locate the subject.
- A woman on Third Street called because she was upset because there was a dead calf in her house. Her husband apparently brought it home.
- A store employee at Safeway Market reported at 7:30 pm that two men stole $300 worth of razors and hair supplies. Police searched the area but were unable to locate the men.
