Tam Baseball had their way with Redwood on Tuesday, May 1, in a 12-1 away victory. “Our outfield played an unbelievable game and our new freshman Charlie Boyle particularly played well in the outfield today,” said junior Andrew Frame.
Senior and Tam News Editor Jack Loder pitched, throwing a complete game with only one unearned run. Andrew Frame (5 RBI), Jacob Berg (3 RBI), and Ben Lightner (2 hits, 3 RBI) all had an excellent day at the plate. The team is now tied for second place with Marin Catholic in the Marin County Athletic League with an in-league record of 10-4.
“It was obviously a great game, our team is doing exactly what we need to be doing right now,” said Coach Nathan Bernstein. The team has four regular season games left and is hoping to gain the top spot heading into the playoffs.
