A privilege or a necessity

At Tamalpais High School, the bathrooms are constantly locked and students are having to sprint across campus to use another. Tam administration says there are many reasons for the bathrooms being locked, but if Tam students respect the bathroom spaces and keep them clean, then the bathrooms can stay open and both the administration team and the students will be satisfied.
